This is a pretty straight forward walkthrough and tally of the points and clues in BJ5. I try to skirt plot where I could.
Any mistakes or questions let me know.

DAY 1

Go into bathroom and take black robe (2 points) 2/108
Read Paper on counter (1 point) 3/108
Leave Hotel and go to Osaka P.D., question the desk seargent (1 point) 4/108
Use Percivals card in your inventory on the Seargent (2 points) 6/108
Go through the door into the back, and take Yoshis not off the bulletin board (1 point) 7/108
Enter Yoshis office and question him (1 point) 8/108
Leave Yoshis and go into the evidence lockup/crimelab and question attendant, he'll give you a form (1 point) 9/108
Question Lab tech completely (1 point) 10/108
Leave the crimelab and once outside use Yoshis note with the evidence form (2 points) 12/108
Go back in and give forged form to attendant (1 point) 13/108
Use Notepad with the names list the attendant gives you (2 points) 15/108
Exit Lab, and return to Hotel. Give names list to Simon, and he'll run them through his computer (3 points) 18/108
Leave Hotel and go to Yamamotos and question desk clerk, looks like Yamamoto is not there (1 point) 19/108
Leave and go to Shinobis, question him completely (3 points) 22/108
Exit office and return to Hotel. End of Day 1.

DAY 2

Simon is off to pick up Alice from her flight (from Rome?hrrrmmm?) but leaves you a crime kit. Grab it (1 point) 23/108
Go to the Bathroom, check out the paper (1 point) 24/108
Leave Hotel and go to Shinobis, he's slain and Yoshi is there, question him completely (2 points) 26/108
Go into inventory and crack open that crime kit (2 points) 28/108
Use fingerprint kit on the Katana lodged in shenobi (1 point) 29/108
Exit Shenobi, Go to the police lab and give the fingerprint to the Tech guy (1 point) 30/108
Leave the cop shop, go to Yamamotos, talk to the desk clerk, yamamotos back (1 point) 31/108
Use call button, take elevator to Yamamotos office and question him completely (2 points) 33/108
Leave Yamamotos, encounter SUPPER HAPPY FUN HOST, and head back to the Hotel. Alice will be there and its off to Asuka.
Question Alice completely. Apparently her and her DEAD PARENTS are having some problems. That's right-HER DEAD PARENTS. Little slip there? Hrrrmmm???
Question the teen on the stairs (3 points) 36/108
Enter village, and continue until you come the the cemetery, take the flower basket (1 point) 37/108
Go into inventory and remove flowers from basket (1 point) 38/108
Go back to the house with the lantern and knock on the door, ask lady all queries (2 points) 40/108
She reveals that a priest is on his way to purify her husbands body, go into inventory and use basket with robe (2 points) 42/108
Use priest disguise on Ben, and gain access to the house (2 points) 44/108
Go through the left door and use the syringe from your kit on the dead body to gain blood sample (2 points) 46/108
Leave house, cue dream sequence 2, where Mary scoffs at Bens seemingly misplaced trust in Alice and Simon. "I'm not the one who can tell you" :idea: End Day 2

DAY 3

Go to bathroom, read paper (1 point) 47/108
Leave the Hotel and go pay Yoshi a visit in his office, ask him about zombies (1 point) 48/108
Leave Yoshis office and go into the lab. Give blood sample to tech dude (2 points) 50/108
Exit cop shop, go to Yamamotos and question him, he'll recommend a sushi bar (2 points) 52/108
Leave Yamamotos and...ITS SUPER HAPPY FUN HOST AGAIN!!!!!
Go to sushi bar and talk to chef about Yamamoto (1 point) 53/108
Look at the menu, Fugu sounds good, but they're out (1 point) 54/108
How about the special? It's eel and disturbingly the hook is still in it, might as well hold on to that... (1 point) 55/108
Go behind the curtain and check out the mens room, move the trash can (1 point) 56/108
Leave the Sushi bar, and head over to Asuka. Go back to the house and put the disguise on again. Enter the house with the old lady and follow her into the sitting room. Use your fingerprint kit on one of the swords on the wall (1 point) 57/108
Leave Asuka, and return to the police department, go to the lab and give fingerprint to tech dude (2 points) 59/108
Talk to tech guy in lab about blood sample (1 point) 60/108
Go to Yoshis office and give him fingerprint match report (2 points) 62/108
Leave and go back to the Hotel and report to you comrades (!?!?!?!?!) about the days events. End day 3

DAY 4

Once again wake up and go read the paper in the bathroom (1 point) 63/108
Leave and go to Yoshis office and qustions him about Yamamoto (1 point) 64/108
Exit the Police Staton and head over to the TV Studio and question the desk clerk (1 point) 65/108

Time to start the show!

TV SHOW ANSWERS
1. ANKY LOSING

supplying all the right answers and recieving the top prize earns you (10 points) 75/108

Go to Sushi Bar and order the Fugu again (2 points) 77/108
Go behind curtain and back into the mens room. stand on trash can that you moved earlier and look through vent near ceiling.
In inventory use the hook with the chain (2 points) 79/108
Use the result to fish (cough cough) the Fugu out of the kitchen trash (3 points) 82/108
Get out of the Sushi bar and head over to the Police lab. Give the fugu fish to tech guy (4 points) 86/108
Go to Yoshis office and inform him of the match (1 point) 87/108
Go back to the Hotel, and get ambushed by a zombie! Quickly use your new camera on it (3 points) 90/108
Back in the room talk w/ Alice and Simon...then Alice goes down! Good performance??? End of day 4

DAY 5

Talk to Simon at the hospital room. Leave and go to the hotel and give Simon the zombie pics (3 points) 93/108
Now that the plates of the car implies Yamamoto, head to the Police station and knock on Yoshis door, but there is no answer. Go and ask the Desk Seargent about it to receive a spare key (1 point) 94/108
Use the spare key on Yoshis office door (1 point) 95/108
Yoshi had his last meal...Return to Hotel and talk to Simon about it. NOTE-He is going to offer to go with you, if you want all 108 points then DONT take him along. He'll give you the DoorSucker 2000 (1 point) 96/108
You'll find yourself outside Yamamotos building, go down the sewer, find your way to the staircase and go up it to find yourself in Yamamotos building. Go in the first romm on the right and note how man fish are in the tank. Exit room.
In the hallway take a look at the picture on the wall and note how many sumos are pictured.
Enter door on left and note the painting on the back wall.
Go check the filing cabinet to find a folder titled "Corporate Takeover" (1 point) 97/108
In the folder is the clue Fugo (3), Sumo (11), and Dinner (5)
Proceed down the hall go to the door on the left and enter the code 3115 (4 points) 101/108
Yamamoto confronts you and starts to gas you, quickly use the DoorSucker 2000 on the vent and pull a gas one on old Yamamato, ending his reign of terror (7 points) 108/108

Actually, you can get the full score if you take Simon with you.

What what what???? Looks like I gotta try that again, I was always a few points short with Simon. Thanks, I'll post script the walkthrough to take that into account. So then taking Simon with you or not is purely preference?

Yep! That's about as close to multiple paths as I was able to get in this game.

Wow, that was quick! Thank you!
I gotta check that out later today!

And yes, I already said that I get the same score with both endings.

Edit: Well, I read it and can’t figure out, what I missed.
But I’ll try playing it again.

Edit 2: Okay, I played it again and this time I got the full score.
I don’t understand why I didn’t get it the first couple of times I played it.

Sometimes just talking to people (in this case I think it's Yoshi) can give you a point here and there and still not effect the chain of the game. Example-I believe that as long as you supply the crimelab with results and not then actually discussing those results with Yoshi will allow you to continue, but you'll miss out one some one pointers here and there. But of course I'm probably wrong, which would be consistent with most my theories thus far :oops:

Well, I thought of that, but when I played it and got the full score, I didn’t notice any pieces of dialogue I hadn’t seen before.
But then again, I rushed it a little.
God knows what it was.

Dude, I just noticed that Rome isn’t mentioned in the game!
Why did you say that she came frome Rome?

I was inserting some of my own theory there. I was very suspicious of Alice at the time.
